The Mitsubishi Corporation takes great pride in its heritage as a Japanese company and seeks not only to provide top quality motor vehicles to the public but to enrich their lives as well. To this end, the Mitsubishi Corporation renewed its partnership with the British Museum. This joint venture has led to a complete renovation and refurbishment of their famous Japanese Galleries.
The Japanese Galleries at the British Museum are home to one of the largest collections of Japanese artifacts outside of its country of origin. They feature historical artifacts from ancient Japan through the modern era. Wonders like intricate Samurai armor are now on display with improved lighting, flooring, and ceilings thanks to the new renovations.
The Japanese Galleries have grown and flourished under this partnership between the museum and the Mitsubishi Corporation which began in 2008. “We are delighted to be partnering with the British Museum, an internationally renowned museum of truly global significance,” said Yuko Ueno, senior executive vice president at the Mitsubishi Corporation.
Considering that the manufacturer renewed this partnership for the next 10 years, the future is bright for this incredible collection of historical pieces. Celebrate Mitsubishi’s Japanese roots by taking a shiny new 2019 Mitsubishi model for a test drive at J.B.A. Mitsubishi.
